SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

Delivery dates displayed on product detail pages and tracking information are estimates only.

• “Business days” are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

• Delivery timeframes begin on the next business day after an order leaves our warehouse.

Examples:

• Example 1: An order ships on Monday with an estimated 3–5 business days delivery. Counting begins Tuesday; delivery may occur Thursday, Friday, or the following Monday.

• Example 2: An order ships Friday, and a holiday falls on Saturday. Counting begins Monday; delivery may occur by Friday.

• Example 3: An order ships Wednesday with an estimated Saturday/Sunday delivery. Orders are not delivered on weekends, so delivery will occur early the following week. 


Arrotti Group LLC does not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes

• Mailboxes

• APO/FPO addresses

Orders placed with such addresses may be delayed or cancelled. 


2. Shipping Restrictions for Hoods and Fenders


• Hoods and fenders are not shipped via courier/UPS.

• For these products, Arrotti Group LLC offers:

◦ Free delivery within the Orlando, FL area (main zones)

 ◦ Personal pick-up at our warehouse in Orlando, FL (by appointment)

• Customers outside the Orlando area must coordinate direct pick-up or arrange their own freight service.


3. Shipping for Other Parts

For all parts except hoods and fenders, Arrotti Group LLC offers the following shipping options:


1. Free Delivery – Orlando, FL (Main Zones):

◦ Complimentary delivery is available within main service areas of Orlando, Florida.

◦ Customers must confirm eligibility by contacting our Customer Service Team prior to finalizing the order.


2. Personal Pick-Up – Warehouse:

 ◦ Customers may collect their orders directly from our warehouse in Orlando, FL, at no additional cost.

◦ Pick-up must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.


 3. UPS Shipping – Nationwide:

◦ For customers outside the Orlando delivery area, Arrotti Group LLC ships via UPS throughout the contiguous United States.

◦ UPS shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout.

◦ Transit times vary depending on package size and destination (see Section 4).


4. Delivery Timeframe

• Most orders are processed for shipment within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

• Small/medium parts: typically delivered within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Orders with multiple items may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


⚠ Arrotti Group LLC disclaims liability for orders that do not meet anticipated delivery dates.


5. Truck Freight

Truck freight applies to oversized or heavy items (excluding hoods and fenders, as noted above).

• Orders usually process within 24–48 hours.

 • Delivery can take up to 10–14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) within the contiguous U.S.

• If additional charges apply, Arrotti Group LLC will contact the customer with a revised shipping quote.


6. Expedited Shipping (Overnight & 2-Day)

• Available for most small/medium parts at an additional charge.

• Must be placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.

• No overnight or 2-day delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

• Carriers may extend delivery times to residential addresses by 24 hours. This is outside Arrotti Group LLC’s control, and expedited charges are nonrefundable.


7. Performance & Accessory Parts

• Shipped via ground service only. 

• Usually processed within 24–48 hours.

• Delivery time: typically 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Overnight or 2-day shipping is not available for these items. 


8. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

⚠ We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands). 


9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. If damage, loss, or incorrect parts are identified: 

1. Report the issue to our Customer Service Team immediately at +1 (407) 286-0498 or via email at webstore@arrottigroup.com

2. If shipping protection was purchased, customers must file claims directly with the protection provider.

3. Arrotti Group LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. 


10. Missing, Incorrect, or Defective Items

• Contact our Customer Service Team immediately if your order is incomplete, incorrect, or defective.

• Items may ship separately; always check multiple tracking numbers.

• Customer Service is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST at +1 (407) 286-0498. 

⚠ Claims for missing or incorrect items must be reported within 15 business days of delivery. After this period, Arrotti Group LLC will not be responsible, regardless of fault.
