WARRANTY POLICY
1. Products Covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty
Certain products distributed by Arrotti Group LLC are covered directly by the manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, the manufacturer’s warranty shall be the exclusive remedy for any product defect or failure.
• Customers must refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for instructions on how to benefit from such warranties.
• Some manufacturers may require product registration to activate coverage; compliance with such requirements is solely the customer’s responsibility.
• Arrotti Group LLC expressly disclaims any additional express or implied warranties on products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Products Not Covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty
For products not covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, Arrotti Group LLC provides a limited warranty of 60 days, from the date the product is received by the original purchaser or installer, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
This limited warranty applies only to replacement of a defective part. If a replacement is not available, Arrotti Group LLC will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
2.1 Warranty Conditions
A product may be eligible for warranty replacement or refund only if it meets the following conditions:
• The defect must arise from workmanship or materials.
• Products must not show damage resulting from normal wear and tear, environmental exposure (rain, snow, hail, salt, natural disasters), accident or collision, or defects caused by other faulty parts.
• The item must not be damaged due to incorrect installation.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, alteration, or modification.
2.2 How to Claim
• Contact our Customer Service Team at +1 (407) 286-0498 with your order number. • All warranty claims must include the original sales invoice.
• Returned items must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Items without an RMA number or original sales invoice will not be accepted.
• Returned items must be in optimal condition and display the Arrotti Group LLC label intact. Returns without the Arrotti Group LLC label will not be processed.
• A prepaid shipping label will be provided for approved warranty claims.
3. General Warranty Limitations
The following limitations apply to all warranty claims:
• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Under no circumstances will Arrotti Group LLC’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
• Warranty does not cover:
◦ Labour costs (installation, removal, or diagnostics).
◦ Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages (e.g. injuries, property damage, loss of time, loss of vehicle use, towing, rental charges, accommodation costs, or freight charges).
• Lost or stolen packages are not covered. Customers, as shippers of returns, must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
• Each warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any product defect or failure.
• No representative, dealer, or employee of Arrotti Group LLC is authorized to alter or extend the terms of this warranty.
4. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws
This Warranty Policy is intended to comply with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and relevant Florida consumer protection statutes.
• Where state law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential damages, such provisions shall be limited only to the extent permitted by law.
• This warranty provides specific legal rights; customers may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
• If any clause of this policy is deemed invalid under applicable law, the remainder shall remain enforceable in full force and effect.
